How do I go about using them at Target/Wal Mart etc? Can I do that? Thanks.

Optimum coupons from SDM can't be used in other stores unfortunately. However, if you bring the coupon to Walmart, they can do a price match for you.

Walmart accepts all coupons from other stores, like they do accept coupons that are only exclusive to Loblaws and its affiliate stores. Walmart does price matching on other store's coupons. For example, if you have a $5 off tide from Shoppers, Walmart will honor your coupon by doing a price match.Quote:
