Return electronice Q

I redeemed my pts for an external hard driver today and I would like to return it because It is not the right one my husband was looking for.
Does anyone knows if SDM would accept a return on electronics?

Since I use my pts, how does it work when it comes to return?
The box is still sealed, we didnt open it.

Go back to the original store as soon as you can with your receipt. They will either let you exchange it or give you the value back on a SDM giftcard. Though, expect to be given a hard time.

I redeemed my points for a camera earlier this year but decided to return for a different model that my local Shoppers did not have. The cashier was not happy and was suspicious that I had done something to it. She took out all the contents of the box to inspect that it was infact still brand new. Took quite a while but they issued a refund on a giftcard.

You will get the money returned to a gift card

You may be refused the return. Shoppers actually has a no return policy on electronics.
But some stores will allow it, as long as the product was unopened.
