eggs are usually expires in a month of time. this week is great, I can get cheap butter from FB and cheap eggs from metro! time to do more baking!

Also doing eggs.

Just because eggs are "expired" doesn't mean they are. My eggs in the fridge expired on the 2nd I believe and are still good. A way to test is to put the egg in a glass of cold water. If it floats its BAD, toss it! If it stays completely under then its still good :)

5. Freeze Eggs for Longer Storage

To freeze whole eggs, beat yolks and whites together. Egg whites can be frozen by themselves. Use frozen eggs within a year. Defrost them in the refrigerator.
