The last time stamps were in the flyer, the same 5% discount was shown. Lucky SCers who stocked up earlier in the year!
The other option is to find a place that discounts rolls of 100 stamps.

For stamps the best deal is buying them at Superstore on a no tax day if you have to pay HST on them. It saves the 13%

good ideal, does loblaws sells stamps too?
