Dumb question

I don't know where to post this, but I wanted to know how to see who gave you the rep. When I log in, I will see there is a notification and check it and usually try to thank the person who gave me a rep right away but if I missed it, then I don't know how to check where the rep section is and also don't know how to give rep to somebody.

first off.. no such thing as a dumb question.. ;)
secondly, when someone gives you a rep. you can always check them again after if someone elses reps you.. it would be under the top half of threads you've posted in.. parts of a two part page top half the threads. the bottom half is the rep section..

How do we give rep. To someone?

there is a little black start cj in the bottom left hand corner of your whole post area.. right under all your pretty stars and bars.. well thats the star you click onto on anyones post.. it opens a pop up window where you can leave rep.

Click on the 'Settings', beside the 'Notifications' to see the reps you received.
