What to do if my eyelashes are falling out?

I used to have the thickest, longest eyelashes that got me a lot of compliments and now they are almost non-existent. What happened? I don't sleep with mascara on so that wouldn't be the problem. What should I do? Is there anything I can do to make them grow back faster or to get thicker? and please don't tell me to wear fake eyelashes.

There is something you can buy at shoppers for your eyebrows and eyelashes to make them grow in thicker.

If you rub your eyes a lot, or even wear makeup frequently (or apply multiple times a day) it can thin out your eyelashes.

Try and refrain from wearing eyeliner or mascara for 2 weeks and see if anything changes. If you notice them coming back, put hair conditioner on them once a week

If your eyelids get swollen and itchy you may have a chronic eyelash infection called blepharitis. You should probably see your doctor or optometrist for this.

Is there not any home remedy to make the eye lashes thick and prevent them from falling?

I think some people use castor oil to grow lashes and eyebrows.

If they really are disappearing you may want to have your doctor check your thyroid....
