I found banana sale in freshvalue for $0.08 1lb. PM in NF got it 2 dozen for $0.35 cents...

what if u bought a bunch and chopped it up or blended/pureed before freezing, would that help the space issue? can u do that? lol. 8 cents is amazing!

Wow, never heard of that price, would make banana smoothie, banana bread, banana kabob with other fruits, wheat tortilla banana roll etc etc list goes on and on LOL.

I wish I remembered where I saw that tip but if you make smoothies, someone posted pre-made baggies with some example photo had: like cut bananas, rasberries, honeydew, blueberries, grapes and froze them as individual servings so when you are ready to make your smoothie, all is ready to go pull out from freezer. So prepare a bunch of little bags. I thought that was genious because the thought of preparing every morning a bunch of fruit, not a fan but that scenario but a little prep and pulling out of freezer, became a fan.
