Their practice doesn't correspond with the written policy. They aren't manually entering the coupons, still scanning them. Normally I'd strictly follow policy, but in this matter I'd say this is an issue with either the way their policy is written or their practices, not the customer.

And for reference sake, you can use a Target coupon and manufacturer's coupon when PMing, the weird part is just when the Target coupon is applied.

at my target I tried to PM and use both MFG and Target coupons on Johnson's baby to get it free. The computer must have known that I did that(smart?) cause the target coupon then got adjusted down to .33 cents off. So for me I could not fight it. Glad some people are able to use all 3 but at mine I don't even try as 3 times I have tried with no luck

Maybe the systems are kicking in. I won't complain if they do, as that's what their policy states.

the coupon policy says they will use target coupon, then if price if still higher, they will PM and let you use your manufacturer coupon.....so dumb....

It is true, their policy reads that Target coupons need to be apply first, then you can price match and use 1 mfg coupon, most the time no sense to price match for it is lower.
