    i don't shop at walmart, i have never seen this

    Yep, manufacturer's coupons - nothing stating that they have to be used at Walmart.
    The magazines just started coming out this year - they are free.

    I guess they just don't want to print it in French? The coupons don't exclude Quebec, but they are in English only.

    How is Walmart's status in Quebec? Do they need/want to promote themselves there? No need/want to promote = no magazines, I'm guessing.

    In ON grocery competition is brutal.

    Actually, I'm guessing it's a language thing.... would probably cost them more to have to pay to print another edition ?

    I have been to 6 different WMs both in Nova Scotia and PEI and have yet to find this mag. I am sure it is not just QC that they don't ship to
