Pam have you ever tried the neti pot or a sinus rinse before? I was very reluctant to try one but we swear by them now. It will help your sinuses improve quickly. There's a new one called NetiRinse and it's super easy to use.

Well we went and picked up the package thank you Tasha, it is great!



We got:
dino pj's for Jackson
two chocolate bars
two packs of stickers
two packs of sticker labels for Xmas
really nice wrapping paper
pink and purple Christmas tree ornaments
Snowman napkins
pack of K-cups (my fav!)
scotch tape - 3 rolls
two packs of AAA batteries (how do we use so many???)
a small plastic cutting board
3 Christmas bags for gifts

Off to leave feedback and wait patiently for my package to get delivered tomorrow, or Thursday... or when?

Yah, I have screwed up sinuses. I've had tests/xrays etc done in thr past because my dr thought I must have something structurally wrong with them - I was getting 3+ serious sinus infections/year). She thought i wasnt using the nasal sprays properly cause I told her I's use the rinse and nothing would ever come out...apparently not normal. So at least the neti pot helps because of the pressure of all of the water. Nothing wrong with them structurally. She and my allergist think it's just cause my allergies are so bad that my sinuses are always inflamed etc. Yay me!

My issues with allergies though are the reason I'm a little over protective of Alexa's diet. My mom has had serious issues that required her to be hospitalized (kinda like cowgirlmama has been dealing with) but hers is still going on about 20 years later. I'm actually going through the new menu (working out the alternate menu for her) for daycare and it's funny/nice that a lot of the stuff I've been bringing in for her is now on the menu. I still think some of the choices are a little questionable though...pudding and trail mix for infants?

Ok. Hubby grabbed my package and will be mailing it out this afternoon! Sorry forthw delay buddy. It was a run of overnight shifts and they totally wiped me!!

Will update with estimated delivery date once hubby gets home with the tracking number
