I ended up cooking for about 12 people and did it myself, as I tend to be a Kitchen Nazi/perfectionist and get freakishly controlling. lol

Roast turkey, that was slathered with duck fat and injected with secret "moisturizers"


Stuffing with homemade chicken sausage, apples and raisins. Made a separate one vegan.


Cranberry and pear compote


Chicken breast with fresh rosemary and basil from the garden (made it due to the extra guests, as insurance)


Sweet potato mash, made vegan with unsweetened almond milk and vegan buttery sticks


"Rustic" mashed potatoes (I miss my potato ricer!), also made vegan

Zucchini and red pepper casserole, made from my last garden zucchini, eggs and DIY Bisquick


Sautéed brussles sprouts with savory granola (oats, quinoa, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic and soy sauce), also vegan


Deviled eggs



Simple center piece made from a cake plate from Winners $2, apples and pears from the local park, vase from Ikea 50¢, mum flowers from the garden and little birdies from Micheal's.
