Oh I feel for everyone on the dental front. I didn't go for almost 5 years! Eeeek! It was just to hard with little ones so I didn't bother. I paid for it this past year, but I'm all caught up and back to a regular cleaning schedule. Thank goodness we have coverage, over the past year my bill was about $1300.
Now I make sure to floss every night. lol.
Apple picking was so much fun today. Got loads of great pics and my pies are almost done. We're going to head out to DH's uncles Pumpkin Patch as soon as they are done! A full weekend of Thanksgiving activities. :)
Kids should sleep well tonight! Or least I hope! It's night 3 of no soother for little man. What a fun experience. :( DD never had one but DS screamed for hours until we gave him a soother. Now he's almost 2.5 and breaking him of it is HELL. We limited it to sleeping only by his 2nd birthday and now trying to nix it all together. Fun stuff. lol
we had that with DDs night time bottle. ..took two weeks of crying at night but now its not even a thought anymore ...thankfullyQuote:

I`ve run into a couple SC`ers in a store. One offered me a coupon...can`t remember her name.
Other than couple local SCers' that I talk to on a regular basis (strawberry1019 & Reeski) on facebook and in person, and my sister becky_j i have never met any other SCer's. I do have a few on fb that I talk to outside of here. And I couple ex-SCer's that i kinda keep in touch with on fb (Sally). I always say when I win the lottery i would get a whole huge meet and greet together and fly whoever wants to come in so we can all meet!
Today Im attempting to make my first ever pumpkin pie for Sunday's family meal. Apple will be made tomm. night after we relax a bit after my son's birthday party tomm afternoon. Why i said I would be on "pie duty" is beyond me!!!!!!

I've never made Pumpkin Pie! Always apple pie, pumpkin cheesecake (with can filling) and caramel cheesecake. But we just got a bunch of Pumpkins and DH uncles says one kind is fantastic for pies so I think I'm actually going to attempt it! Scary! lol
Doubt mine will look as good as scbpooh's! Which btw, I had no idea becky_j is your sister! Cool! :)

Just popping in to say good morning! Busy day for us today. Its Kayden's, my little mans 6th birthday today! Party this afternoon and more pies to bake tonight!
