Buddy do you like(or need) card games, such as UNO? I love games especially cards, Could use some kiddy ones.
Do you wear jewelry? If so, what type, colour? I don't really wear it as I work in a kitchen and usually starts to irratate me

Ugh. Some days it doesn't pay to get out of bed.
I decided to take the kids out shopping to hopefully get rid of my headache. BAD CHOICE!
Right as we get out, it starts to pour. By the time we got into the store we were fairly wet. I look in my purse and no list. GAH! I got my buddy a few items but since I didn't have the list, I couldn't remember much. So, decided to head home.
I got my first ever speeding ticket.15 over means I now have a $50 fine to pay.
But at least no demerit points. I freakin' cannot believe I got a ticket. First one in 16 years of driving! The stupid thing is the area I got the ticket in used to be a 70 but they dropped it to 60. I was going 75. GAH!!! Where it's located it should really be an 80 IMHO but whatever.
So that's my day. I'm going to re-group and try again tomorrow after dropping DD off at school.

I just wear my regular jewelry that honey bought me wedding rings/earrings/necklace. He checks to make sure I am wearing. lol. He hardly ever goes out and actually buys me things and surprised me with a necklace & earring set on my birthday. He actually went into a jewelry store, I was totally floored!!!!
Lola sorry about your crappy day! I would be bawling/really upset
too and stay in the bedroom for the rest of the day!!! lol
Buddy I did some shopping for you yesterday!

Got a cartridge for my printer on Friday so I could print my buddy`s list. When I went to replace it last night I noticed they gave me the wrong one. I won`t be getting out til Wed so I guess I`ll have to write out the list myself.
Getting a speeding ticket sucks big time. There`s a small town near here that starts at 50 way before you get into town. Hubby got caught there so I`m always really careful.
Wow! I love jewelry but hubby doesn`t buy any. I learned long ago that if I want anything new I buy it myself. Lately I`ve been losing earrings so I need to buy some. So buddy if you`re reading this...hint, hint

I grew up in a family that bought gifts for each other at special occasions but his family did not. Mom, dad and kids it actually really took some convincing to hubby that it was OK to exchange gifts and celebrate.

Hugz Lola
I can totally understand not wanting to get out of bed.
We have had the busiest weekend at work in probably 2 years and I am physically spent.

I'm not going to lie, part of me wanted to bawl. lol. But I sucked it up since I had the kids with me. Tried to act like it was perfectly normal. Called DH when I got home and he made me feel better.
I'm sooooooo looking forward to him coming home on Tuesday! Can't wait until he's back working at home. This travelling sucks! It's been 18 months of him coming and going. We're all just spent. But at least he's home for Thanksgiving (well we're having it Saturday since he flies out Monday morning again). I'll take what I can get. lol
