Love the Black Diamond, Energizer, Carnation, Snuggle, McCain fries, and Stayfree/Carefee/o.b.!!! :excited:

My mom found the Kraft/Dempster's one at Longo's about a week ago. Expires November 30, 2013.
The Miracle Whip (890mL size) is on for $2.97 at Walmart right now. Good deal!

I checked 2 metro stores in Toronto last night and no new coupons out yet. Hopefully they are out by this weekend, I'd love to find the cheese one. :)

I checked in Hamilton nothing yet but I now worked across the street from a Metro and I am there twice a day now - breakfast & salad bar :) And I talked to the head cashier - she said mid next week the "coupon lady" comes so I hope she drops some off.

The superstore at the coupon zone had the several of the same coupons, several of the smuckers booklets, the cheese coupon, snuggle, etc.  So, if you can't find metro has them, look there!
