This is a little vague...
But I like the ones you can get at Sally's for my hair supplies, and I keep my makeup remover etc in these pump bottles I get from Sephora.

I use to use Sheseido's liquid eyeliner pen... i liked how it was refillable but then the eyeliner itself wasn't really matte.. it had a shiny sheen to it which i didn't like. But that use to be a refillable for me

If you need refillable bottles for travel, check Dollarama. They did have sets for shampoo, lotions etc.
