Weekly for milk, but on average, for bigger shops, about once or twice a month, depending on what we need and sales. That frequency has been for about the past year, when learnt how to optimize the Optimum program. Before that time, was for occasional sales, regular drug store needs and our prescriptions (have the best pharmacist and team at my local SDM, really love them), but those don't get points in Ontario.

Have done some big redemptions in past couple of months, and was able to take advantage of some of those mail-to-home coupons with extra points attached in September.

First off congrats on such an amazing coupon!! Your shopping habits/Redemptions resemble mine to a "T". I'm hoping maybe I will get one too. Although I received a couple mail at home coupons last week for 10x 15x or 20x so maybe I'm out of luck.

Until I saw your post I thought that maybe I got one for a complaint I made recently about a visit (or a compliment I also made even more recently) because otherwise I have no idea how I managed to get 18500 bonus points, a nice letter, and the same 3 coupons. It does feel like I won something.

Yay! and so glad someone else did too. I knew I couldn't be the only one. They would be printing off a bunch of these (have expiry date on the cards) not just one or two.

Great! I havent got a lot of mail out coupons... just a few but a lot of email ones! So Congrats - and as someone else also mentioned... Just claim it right away... before they figure these were printed in error.
