So heres a copy of something i just posted in the tea room... i need you ladies advices

DF has this annoying habit of stuffing so much garbage into his pockets.. then he comes home at night and dumps it all over tables and desks.. the other night, I saw him do it and I was like really ?? Just put it in the garbage.. and he's like : well i don't know what it is ( ... uh ... look !?!?!)
So this morning i'm cleaning and I'm picking up his nighttable. and lo and behold.. there's the receipt for my birthday present.. and since it's jewelry, there's a picture on it Not only do I know what it is now.. but I know he got something that doesn't match the rest of my jewelry.. i have all white gold engagement ring, other ring, medicalert bracelet.. and he got yellow gold little hoop earrings.
My bday is dec 3.. what would you do ?

How annoying that he's a garbage dumper...lol!
Um, I would just keep the receipt somewhere and wait. Maybe the earrings arent for you? Maybe theyre for DD? Or sister, mom whatever? Maybe he really has no clue and did the unthinkable of getting YELLOW gold instead of WHITE gold? Then youll have the receipt to go back and exchange!! But dont tell him....

Really?!? I would freak out!!! lol It really annoys me when my honey doesn't take notice what he knows that I have I am a real stickler on things that match....I am terrible when it comes to things like that. But, then when I get over the actual....HURT of it all and I think about it and calm down and think reasonably.....I go WOW this man actually went out and bought me something. I would just wait and see what it looks like it might be actually something really, really nice. I would give him the benefit of the doubt and forget that you seen the receipt. Then if it really is something that you don't like then let him know I am sure he will understand.

Like he won't notice I exchanged it And it's wishful thinking that it's not for me lol... it's what i asked for !

I really am shtinky on stuff that matches too.. I told him I was missing a bracelet and earrings and one of that would be a great idea for my bday.. so then when i have white rings, and yellow earrings. what color will he get the bracelet ? lol ..
He didn't understand too well when I didn't like my engagement ring ... yessss .. i did the unthinkable and told him.. but i had shown him like 5000000 acceptable rings.. and he got something different.. so seen as i'll wear it my whole life.. i told him..


in any case i will wear them and love them cause he tried really hard.. i guess well see how it goes

I've decided that all I can do for Trent in this situation is arm him with the truth and let him come to terms with it in his own way. I'll of course be here for him when he has questions but I have to accept that I honestly don't know what he went through (I was there but it didn't happen to me) and he is too old for me to sugar coat or protect him from what's going on. Man this growing up thing sucks

Hi guys! Sorry i havent been around much the last few days. Really going through alot with this whole DD situation. We have been in contact on FB but she has officially told me she will not be returning home anytime soon. I have been trying to get the courage to do the tough love thing but all in all, she just doenst want to come home. i have cried myself to sleep again the last 2 nights and just really havent been feeling like myself the last couple days. i am here and do enjoy reading daily posts I just havent been feeling like tallking much. Sorry, absolutely no offence to anyone and everyone else's problems. Hugs and kisses to all!!!!

Tried to leave the house to get some Xmas shopping done, wow I'm exhausted. I did get a few things at shoppers it did bump up my points again. I ve been redeeming all year for Christmas. So I think Saturday Mitch and Hailey can go redeem. I am very excited about one thing. I saw advertised in the sdm flyer EOS on sale but in the picture it was in a blue I'd never seen. When I got to the store it was its blueberry acia so I grabbed it for my stocking!

buddies when the brat pack arrives home they will lay all the presents out and take pictures I AM SO EXCITED, AND I DONT EVEN HAVE ANY PRESENTS.

COWGIRL my life is better with pugs magnet it proudly displayed on my fridge.

I cannot imagine having to walk Jackson to school. Technically I could but in weather like this I'd still be trying to get him there I'm sure!

Hawaii! I wonder if they have good deal/coupons.

Technically is only a 5 min walk but most days it takes us (me & 3 kidlets) at least 10 mins. Today it took 20 mins because they kept stopping to play in the snow.

Not looking forward to the potential walk to school if we move out west for me its at least a 15min walk & with DD & minus a biljion temp it doesn't sound fun. They are supposed to be making a decision this week or next. I would say fingers crossed but I am still not sure if I want hubby to get the job or not...

Had my volunteer day at DD's nursery school - the kids are so cute but getting multiple kids in & out of winter gear is not fun.

Spent over an hour cleaning the bathtub/shower still doesn't look amazing but good enough for me. I'm tired & still have to pack to go to my parents & cook dinner. Busy day tomorrow lots of running around. Is it Bailey's time now?

Taking kiddos to see frozen tonight also was cleaning out my coupons and I have 12 mcds ice cream fpc that expire dec 31 2013 if any one wants them let me know and I'll mail them out right away. We won't use them before they expire.

YES!!!!

I did a little couponing today got some free Suave shampoo with Moroccan Oil (ya ya like I need more) and saved on some M&Ms that are for Christmas crafts (they had awesome flavours!!) Easy peasy there though, hand coupons to cashier, they scan, done! No arguing, no third degree! Awesome!

I've never had any issues with bringing up real groceries. I haven't bought tons and tons but generally speaking they won't confisgate, they might tax if it's an excessive amount. look it up online at what you can and cannot bring but I've brought milk and chicken and stuff like that back.

hope you are near a trader joes, everything in there is DELICIOUS!

We brought some chicken back - funny the cashier didn't scan both packs, so we paid $15.38 for almost 16lbs of boneless skinless!!! We didn't notice until we were adding up receipts for the border! oops!

Nothing was confiscated lol DH is such a worrier!!! We will def get real groceries there again!

Gah! Dlee we were right next to Trader Joe's, but it was the end of the day so DH was in a mood lol I had dragged him to 57 other places so we didn't stop

I love Trader joes when we were in Vegas the had samples of their turkey corn dog. They were so good Mitch and I kept going back trying pretending we were different people. Then the demonstrator had to step away so we ran up and loaded our hands and ran away giggling. We would have bought them but we flew down.
