No December birthdays here! (Nov and March)

DH is working today, then he is off to see Penn Jillette (sp?)

My mom is here for the day - we are taking the hounds to get professional photos done - yep! We are "those" people lol! It's a humane society fundraiser! Then we are off to look at some potential houses for mom!

We are also hitting a couple stores, so will hopefully find an item or two for my buddy!

Special Christmas items for hubby would be any geeky/star wars/whizzard or dragon ornaments.

In the US, he loves junk so any treats that aren't here he'd like

Nothing for me that I can think of. I'm close to the border, so I can zip over for anything we want!

My turn for a question. As this is a Christmas train, would you prefer for your items to be for the most part Christmas themed or items, or just a few? How much do you love Christmas?

My answer is just me on the 11th (gonna be 41 ugh lol)
My mother will be 41 on the 22nd.
Buddy, perhaps skip me that day and address the gift to my mother, she would really enjoy that! She loves candles, makeup, flavoured k cups, aero mint chocolate bars, after eight chocolates, and ANYTHING kitty cat related!!!

One more question, I think I am overthinknig again (a problem I have often!). For the kids presents train, do we include one present for each of the kids, a combined present, or do we do a whole other package for them? Or do we include it in the train? I know this was addressed, but I can't find it!

Also, buddy what is your shoe size, clothing size (tops and bottoms ), I'm working on a plan ...

I am not sure in the kids one either, I almost feel I should do a small gift for each child a so they don't feel left out. Lol. I like I spoil.

Shoes... Very wide set feet so never wise to come from others...
Pants -- medium (for tights and yoga pants styles) or size 11
Tops -- size medium or large

No baths for me. Also no birthdays in our house for the month of December or any other special occasions. I would love to have a real nice Christmas Stocking but nobody would fill it for me unless I filled it myself. Wouldn't be much of a surprise Christmas morning.

OOPS I've missed a couple of questions:

Donnie only does baths when he's sick. For clothing he's a med top, size 31 pants and size 9 shoes.

For the kids if your list has more than one kid on it you can alternate the days. You aren't expected to send a gift for each of them on every day.

I have a December bday, but it's the 26th so after the train

Well ladies, sorry to have gone MIA, I was in the hospital from Wednesday until last night. I think I can get caught up but we'll see. I have gallbaldder stones and one got stuck causing pancreatitis which is incredibly painful. So I spent a few days hooked up to IV and getting some lovely drugs. Also got a scope down my throat to try and get the stone out which had apparently already gone somewhere. Any way! I will go back and try to answer the questions. Between naps My mom came to stay with my son while I was in the hospital, at some point I need to get my gallbladder out too though I imagine there is a bit of a wait for that.

For the kids train, last year I think most people who had more than one child did alternating (so two kids, one gets one gift then the next day there's another). I think there may be a few with more than 2 kids so I'm interested to see what others are doing, if you have 4 kids to send to, do you send each child 6 gifts and one extra one? I'm not sure, I guess that's up to the parents too though, are you ok with that?

    2. Do you like tea? If so is there Certain Flavours? I do like tea, earl grey is a fav

    3. Buddy, is there something that you like/want that you love and never get around to buying for yourself? most stuff on my list lol, I tend to fill it up with stuff I would like but would never get myself

    4. Buddy: Do you like to cook, bake, crafts, scrapbook ? Is there anything you need in any of those departments or would you rather a surprise ? need to be better about cooking, baking, I don't do crafts and scrapbooking hasn't happened since my son was born. Not sure I need anything, unless it was on my list, but surprises are good

5.Buddy how long have you been with your hubby/significant other? Do you like things like couples ornaments and such?No SO here

    6. If you are into baking would you be interested in some gently used (a couple times each) Wilton character cake pans sure, I have a boy so anything boyish would be good

    7. Seeing this is a December (Christmas) Advent train, is there 1 most wanted Christmas item on your list??? a 2013 ornament for the tree

    8. buddy are you into bath type stuff bubble baths and that kind of thing? no baths for me, kiddo likes bubble baths, I think that's on his list

    9. we are planning a US shopping day (hopefully before mail day) is there anything you'd like me to smuggle across the border for you? I'm not sure what's available, anything neat you can't get here would be great.
