Ladies I need a big SC hug from my friends. I'm having such a terrible few weeks, nothing is going on other than me driving myself crazy but I'm not sleeping or functioning very well. Trent's check up with the oncologist is Jan 2nd and though he shows no signs of relaps and the possiblity of it happening are so very low in reality there is no reason to worry...BUT tell my Mommy brain that I've been trying to stay busy but have ended up burning 4 batches of cookies in a row (totally unheard of for me, I run a bakery for God's sake!!) Today I'm trying to shake it off with my fave music and attempt 5 at Christmas cookies. I've got Ozzy, Marianah's Trench, Aerosmith, GNR, and ACDC blasting so loud my neighbors have been looking out the window LOL but it's also louder than the thoughts in my head. Sorry for the terribly long ramble...I'll be baking cookies in the corner if anyone wants to join me

Today brought Trent a really cool metallic coloring kit! He's going to do some after school, but he said he may have to wait and do it tomorrow because he has his 1st school dance tonight and will need to shower and get ready...hmmmm I wonder who he is getting so nice and clean for???

Donnie got an Axe body detailer, he really needed this, his old one is hanging on by a thread! Thanks for another perfect day of prezzies Tami, Mitch, Hailey and Mitchell

So I have a question ladies, Hailey has been very fortunate in that she has very little acne, but she gets it around her temple hairline area. I told her I would look at shoppers in their special dermolgical section but I'm lost. She wants proactive obviously because it's all over tv. I don't mind spending a little bit but I wondering if any of you buy any products from that area or recommendation.

we haven't gotten there yet with Trent but my nephew has major acne..my Mom tried all of the drug store stuff on him and the only thing that worked was the Proactive...but he needed the sensitive skin one as the regular one seemed to burn his skin. If she has sensitive skin I'd go for that

The ingredients in Proactive are salicylic acid & benzoyl peroxide, you can find cheaper alternatives in the drug store. Clean and CLear is a good brand to try or Neutrogena has products as well. Make sure to not use them all right away as it can be drying, that is the point of them usually, to dry up whatever is causing the issue. If it's just around her hairline though, it's more likely to be from her hair products, shampoo and/or conditioner or if she uses anything else in her hair. Proactive or whatever might help but probably she needs different hair care products.

Ok Sorry Im going to do it again.. Its my day to keep changing the subject but I have AMAZING news......

SHE CAME HOME TODAY!!!! DD came home!!!!

When i woke and and turned my phone on I was bombarded with text's from Zoe say how much she loved me, missed us and was having a meltdown. i got a hold of her on fb before she went to school this morning and we talked for a bit. Then all of a sudden at 130 this afternoon i got a phone call from her bff's mom saying Zoe came home sick and she is having a breakdown wanting her mommy! So I went over there and I barely got the door open when her arms were around me bawling her eyes out!!!! We went and talked a little bit and then i looked her straight in the face and said "do you want to come home? You need to come home" She looked at me teary eyed and said "Yes Mommy take me home!" We were home by 3pm. She gave her brother the biggest surprise when he walked in the house after school!!!! Yes there are alot of things that will need to be dealt with over the next little while but Im sooooo glad shes home!!!!!!

Yes i broached this with her, but she 14 so of course I'm wrong lol, I tried clean and clear almost made it worse.

the other thing you can try is a Norwex face cloth. I have adult acne and I'm too old for those teen cures LOL this cloth takes all of the dirt from your face and exfoliates at the same time...works great for me! You need a consultant to order one though, anyone selling Norwex here??

I am happier than a kid in a candy store right now!!! Today DS got two cups. One cars and one Thomas the train! He has to use then right away, lol. And mama received a new WALLET!! I am so thrilled as I needed a new one badly! Its purple and pretty and has SO many freaking card holders ahh!!!

Sooooo...I feel awful for the rest of you chumps, because *I* have THE GREATEST buddy EVER! Yes, I got ANOTHER package in the mail today from the deliciously delightful LIZARDQUEEN! (I lucked out on this match-up, because this girl is the BEST!) The part I love about this train, is that she really listened to my buddy question answers and bought stuff based on answers! My new best friend frever sent me a box of coveted COOKIE CRISP cereal from the States (I may or may not have opened it immediately, sitting in my car outside of the Sobeys post office!), and 5 boxes of Lindor yummy balls-flavours I havent tried yet!. And my absolute favourite new gift, is the most amazing thoughtful one. She got each of my kids a pen with their names on it. All of them, spelled correctly...clearly custom. Seriously LQ, the best. Even Shaun was happy to see it. Camryn and Tayylor have never had anything personalized correctly...you are so amazing, truly. I love you. Yes, I am turning lesbian for you, renouncing men and moving in with you. Tell your hubby to beat it, he's out, Im in.

Today my Santa (TASHA313) gave us a box of Tazo tea - fancy flavour lemon grass and ??? can't remember - it will have to wait for the chai flavour ones to be done thank you buddy!
