Thanks. Not surprised as they can be difficult to PM at even for local ads. If a flyer says Safeway 'club price' they refuse to PM.

I just spoke to two cashier managers (in person while shopping, as both had come to my checkout to review some of my coupons for a newbie cashier) at my local Walmart in New Glasgow, NS, and both confirmed that this Walmart will price match any location in Canada, not just local, as long as you have a printout of the flyer showing clear and appropriate details, or can show on an IPhone or smartphone or something. I was shocked, because when someone on here called in, they got a 'No' and when I emailed Walmart, I got a 'No.' So weird!

I'm happy for you but I pretty much knew that when some are they will soon all be following suit. It will eventually be just like US. Now we just need to wait for them to put out their own coupons (like they do in US) and Target does here now. Target and Walmart are the two biggest competitors in the US so we can pretty well rest assured that Walmart will do all it can to try to get on top of Target here in Canada too. With this pm thing, they are just getting started.

her answer were ANYWHERE IN CANADA & LOCALLY DEFINITELY.....

I was visiting family Chatham today - went to WM and had my Hamilton flyers and I asked. I was told no - csr said a memo said local only. I gathered some Chatham and London flyers so going to try Hamilton this week/

super lol wonder if I basically let this out before it was intended too...... to many walmarts confirming for it to be an "internet rumor" On a separate note I noticed that the US stores have an amazing ad match policy ( I have US tv stations) that not only they pm, but you get the difference on a gc..... didn't hear if its a temporary season thing or something they are putting forth as a new policy there.... now that be a crazy to be able to do that here to~ one can dream lol

I haven't asked at our local WM yet. They are currently in turmoil with a lot of non-local employees being brought in to help change this location around. They are using their existing space (lost the auto department) and turning it into a Super WM by Feb. I'm just going to wait for now.

I just called both locations and got different answers. Grandview said YES but queensborugh said NO (even no costco & Xcargo @#$#$)

I need to remind myself to check the st vital location in winnipeg. They are always extremely great about price matching anyways so Hoping for the best! If I can remember to ask lol.
