By any chance has anyone seen Lean Ground Beef for $1.99/lb, other than at Farmer Al's?

It states Family Pack, so I can't PM for regular size packs.

I've price matched beef at Brock Rd, Pickering. In Pickering, Chicken is priced matched, only if the package is not any of the Maple Leaf brands (regular & PRIME)... It's easier if you select a Walmart location that you can visit and phone their customer service, as sometimes the store implements changes (from the time I last visited) which might reduce their flexibility.

@cinpow , as always, a great post; so many great prices. Missed the strip loin last week, but definitely planned for this weekend.

@Valerey , great additions. I'm tempted by the pork rinds; will have to hunt for this at Walmart.

I haven't progressed past the flyers in the B section, but I did notice honey.

Agincourt doesn't sell raw meats (only deli).

Find the matching cut of meat and cashier does the price matching. Discretion of each store how they interpret it's a matching meat. (ie: Angus has to match to Angus).

Two types of packaging:
- Set price (ie: $10 for 454g of lean ground beef), some stores don't price match packaging with set prices cause it's extra work for cashier to calculate replacement price, and somewhat confusing
- Priced by weight, cashier scan's bar code and input new kg price (since most prices are in lbs, they have to convert from lbs to kg using a table chart or multiply by 2.2)
