i just read the terms. i think you can request a payout via paypal when you have at least $5. if you want to be mailed it a check, you need $20.

not really a fan of the 'flyer' deals, kinda confuses me.

will wait to see how often the deals are updated.

You have to add the items to your shopping list, then when you open your list there is a send your receipt tab at the bottom. Take a picture of your receipt and send it in.

I bought the Old El Paso and it took forever to find out how to upload the receipt.

I never did get a notification that it was uploaded/they received it. Did anyone else?

I find it weird that they don't email us when we send receipts and when they approve them.

I now have $20 in my account but when I try to redeem my rebate it says I do not have enough balance. I had to write them to see how much I need before redeeming. I thought you could redeem as little as $5 in PayPal. We'll see.

Had the same problem. Tried a few times - and then saw a screen that seemed to suggest I had been successful but when I checked this morning it looked like I had not sent it...so tried again and I think I got it - but no confirmation email does concern me since I really felt like I had success last night but clearly didn't. Will try again in a few days maybe with another deal. Got to praise customer service because they responded to my request for information in 12 hours.

Here is the response I received just a few minutes after sending my request.

The application is currently experiencing a glitch that is not recognizing how well you have done, and permitting payout. Sorry you are receiving that message in error, we are working on it with our programmers to rectify the glitch.


I can process the payout for you right now if you wish, either via Paypal. Paypal will direct you through getting those funds in your bank account, or I can issue a cheque for you for your current balance. If choosing the cheque please provide your mailing address.


Later this week, the error will be fixed and payment will be facilitated via Paypal at a $5.00 minimum, or via cheque at $20 minimum, without the need for any email exchanges. Our apologies, for any inconvenience.
