    Anyone know where and when would be the best place to buy a turkey for Christmas? I'm in the Ottawa area.

    The prices should come down in the two weeks before Christmas, so start looking at flyers around December 9. I like to buy a fresh turkey at Farm Boy, and I expect the price to come down to $1.99/pound in their flyers of December 12 and/or December 19.

    If you don't mind a frozen turkey, you might get even cheaper than that.
