    Kitchener RCSS and Laurentian Zehrs have costumes for 50% off and no tax today. Has anyone found better deals on costumes elsewhere?

    Michaels has Halloween and Fall stuff 80% - saw in the flyers
    Anything with a red or blue sticker is also 50% off (don't know if that's in addition).

    Target Stratsburg has costumes 70percent off today.
    Don't forgdt to check Cottenelle 12 pk tp as they are on price cut for $4.97 and there is $2 Target coupon in frugal is fabulous magazine.

    On Friday I went to Targets and got 70% off Halloween and 50% off candy.
    BUT it was going like hot cakes...especially the decor. I would assume the costumes would still be there bc there was a lot but it is Monday morning already.
    I also wouldn't be surprised if they reduced the discount further.
