Got all my points last night.

I got two of mine. (so 16,000pts)...all 3 transactions were done at the same time but on one - for 3 x $50 SDM cards I noticed that it didn't show the points for the cards - my optimum card hadn't been scanned - so the manager made a manual adjustment .... I remember asking to make sure I would get the bonus points on it and she assured me I would...but it looks like it didn't work that way.

Do you need to phone on these types of things or is email better? Or can the store make an adjustment?

Same thing happened to me last year. Just phone and they will add the points. It helps if you have your receipt with the date of the transaction.
