Target Pen Centre Grand Opening. Nov 22?

Does anyone have any idea as to when Target will be opening at the Pen Centre? It was suppose to be fall 2013 but I thought they'd surely be open for the Christmas season. Ok, I'm impatient lol but does anyone have any clue?


*Edit* A Pen Centre wiki page is listing Target as opening on November 22.

Assume Target will be open before US Thanksgiving, since some store chains in Canada have been advertising Black Friday weekend deals or promotions.

Thank you Ciel. I did some more snooping, and I don't know how accurate this is BUT.... a wiki page for St.Catharines Pen Centre lists their opening date as November 22.
