Depending on how much at Target the $1.00 coupon from Target comes off first, then PM then other coupons.
Target coupons: Target coupons will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Target coupon has been deducted, the ad match can be adjusted to match the competitor’s price.
Its still cheap for .99

There is also the $4 WUB 3 Clorox or GreenWorks coupon.

my target will not PM and use their coupon(when they try the register adjusts to say the coupon is worth nothing 0.00). :(
