Depending on how much at Target the $1.00 coupon from Target comes off first, then PM then other coupons.
Target coupons: Target coupons will be applied before the price match is made. If the competitor price is still lower than the price after the Target coupon has been deducted, the ad match can be adjusted to match the competitor’s price.
    Its still cheap for .99

Well likely they aren't too concerned with this at the moment. I just wouldn't get used to this lol.

It's no longer available for print. The only other Green Works Target coupon is from the Frugal is Fabulous booklet.

yup, their policy doesn't allow you to use a store coupon on top of PM'ing.

store coupon = money out of target's pocket
PM = money out of target's pocket.
Manufacturer coupon = money out of the manufacturer's pocket and is considered a form of payment.

Target will allow you to use the store coupon, and then further discount the product to meet the price of the PM. In the case of PM'ing, you might as well hold onto your store coupon, and just PM.
