I didn't see anywhere on my email where I need to register? So I called air miles myself and they took my info and stated I did not need register my card for the promo. So if you are not sure give them a quick call!

Just be aware people that these offers ( well on my email they always say you MUST register to qualify ) In fact they send you another email confirming that you registered and basically say " happy shopping " )
Then also be aware that the bonus ( the 950 AM ) may not show up on your AM balance for 120 days!
( yes, one hundred and twenty days ) I registered and made the qualifying purchases between Sept -Oct
( when my offer was sent) and still the bonus 950 AM is not there, so I phoned today, and was told that is how long it will take.

I stopped using my Amex card because a lot of stores I frequent don't accept it. But they're really pumping up the Airmiles promotion, last year I did a 1150 Airmiles on $200 spend, just finished a 100 Airmiles on 3 purchases. Now, I got this email for 1160 Airmiles on $150 spend.

I will probably redeem them at Metro or Rexall , depending on their sales ..probably 20-30 bucks at a time

Both are expensive stores , so I only buy their loss leaders like milk , bread, eggs etc when they are on sale.

There was NO registration . It was automatic.

As long as you spent that amount between those 2 dates ..without any returns etc ..you should get them automatically .

You'll get it in early March, 2 months after these folks because it takes 3 months for Amex to award the points. I was worry that this was one of those too good to be true offer. For $100 it's probably worth the wait b/c I buy my grocery at Metro too.

Yeah, that's what I'll do. I'll wait for when they have the 25 bonus AM when you redeem offer to cash in. I used to redeem it as soon as I have enough for $10 but I ended up missing out on those bonus AM.
