I found this one on another site but I tested for fun without fill in the form and got a pop up so I doubt...This one seems to good to be true,It is up to you to do it or not lol

Well, after I completed the form, I got a whole bunch of spammy stuff. When I closed that window, I got confirmation of getting the corkscrew. We'll have to see what happens.

I heard that this is spam... I tried it myself so we will see!... It doesn't even give you an estimate of how long it will take to get it!
