I don't eat totally Paleo but I do use some of the recipes and meal inspiration. I eat a mostly allergen free diet with some exceptions which is similar to the paleo diet.
Meat isn't really something that I eat on a regular basis and I do eat beans and legumes too and a bit of dairy every once in a while.
I do feel totally better health wise with cutting out wheat/grains/gluten, dairy and sugars.
It felt really hard at first but now its not too bad to keep it up, I really feel it when I slip up and have something that I shouldn't My family is also really supportive and have changed to adapt to the way I eat and make alternatives that we all like.
One of the best resources I've been using is Pinterest because it has info from various sites and its quite easy to search for certain receipes.You know you love me xoxo Gossip Girl

Me, well almost. I eat grain free but I also eat some dairy...yummy dairy.
