I'M CONFUSED, how come BB and FS and almost all of them say IPADS are on sale but it doesn't specify what the price is? What gives?

I was thinking the same thing. Sounds like a marketing thing to get you in the door to find out the price. I was hoping to see prices online so I could decide who has the best deal. Right now, Target has a pretty good deal with a $100 Target gift card to go with it. Not sure if that applies to anything but the 16GB wifi Ipad Air model, but it's got me interested.
So if Bestbuy and Future shop can't be bothered to list their sale price, I can't be bothered to buy my Ipad there. Target will get my business instead.
