according to my flyer... price matching is in the London Area only...it has to be advertise on the bottom of the front of your flyer (details is on the bottom of the back of your flyer)

My basics is probably going to go out of business with the new freshness policy, their meat and produce is never fresh, unless they got a new supplier. Some good deals to price match though!

i'll be grabbing cheese whiz (wish i had a coupon) Almond Breeze, cheese slices, some oft slice dempsters, I'll be trying that Aureeva Soy Bev 4L for 4.99 is great!

I'm really looking forward to this new rain check policy. Part of the reason I don't go to Food Basics very often is because my local one is often out of the stuff in the flyer so there's no point in going.

Same situation for me. If you aren't there by noon on Friday, the items that are the best deals are always gone. And I can't get there by noon on Fridays.

I'm wondering what their policy will be though. The "for your next visit" part in the ad makes me wonder about the validity period of the rain checks. Will it be 30 days like other places or only one week? And if they are going to give an extra 10% off with the rain check, they will have to work hard to make sure they have enough stock.

Is the rain check policy going to be for all locations or is it only being tested in the market of the OP?
