If I wanted to buy the xbox, on the 20x points day, could I also use a coupon that I received in the mail for 30% off $50 or more?

I don't see , why not ..bcoz the 20 x points are awarded automatically by the register when they scan the optimum card and show up on the receipt automatically ( instantaneously ).

The cashier has no control over it ( although they might tell you otherwise ), so I think you can get both.

Depends on the cashier, but you should be able to as long as it is still over $50 after the discount coupon (which an xbox would be)
