PM Scotts at Target, use the $3 off register coupon they gave out 2 weeks ago for purchasing a product, then also submit C051 for $2 and pay only $1 for paper towels!!!

Unfortunately that will not work. Target uses the register coupon for $3 off that you are referencing first, THEN they price match if the flyer is still cheaper and then off come your MFR coupons. So its actually not $1 for paper towels but would be much more probably $5.98 minus $1 MFR coupon, then $2 CO51 as Target regular price is about $9 I think.
