I placed a big order with them last week, got notification on November 15th that it was shipped. Clicking on the FedEx tracking information, it says they have no record of this shipment. Called FedEx on the 19th, they said that a shipping label had been created, but no request had been made to get it shipped. Tried to call Keurig, their toll free number does not work. Sent a message with their online form, the autoreply says i can expect a response in two business days? WTH? I want to know where my $350 worth of coffee is RIGHT NOW! This isn't just mine, I ordered for a group of people.

I got a faster response posting to their Facebook page. The coffee normally does get here fairly quickly, but when I clicked on tracking information I got nothing, this is what had me concerned. Then FedEx was concerned too when I called them. Not sure what happened this time, but it did make it after all. On average, the price was about .55 per K cup after brokerage fee, and there's so much variety there!
