Walmart Couponing Policy question

Hi everyone!

I'm getting back into couponing after about 2 years and starting from scratch (I really didn't put much effort in before, but now I bought a house, sooooooo saving money=good!!)

I read that Walmart accepts competitor's coupons but it has to be for a specific product for a specified price. I received coupon inserts from Target. I don't believe it's a coupon I can use in Walmart, but wanted to ask your opinion!

The coupon is for $6 off the purchase of any 2 Glade candles.

Any help would be fantastic!

Also, does anyone know if there's a thread on this site that has a list of all major retailers coupon policies, or are just just found individually around the forums? I want to gear myself up with all the policies so I know what I can and cannot do but it's proving more difficult than I thought to get the policies!

I am not 100% sure what Walmart thinks as a competitors coupon, but the coupon in question at least the coupon I have is not $6 off the purchase of any 2 Glade candles - it is the price will be $6 wub (2) Glade Candles
