    Hit up Yorkdale Bay and she knew nothing about the promo so emailed mine to my daughter who got it at the Yonge and bloor location and had no issue getting my free lip balm at Kiehl's....also just found out bath and body is having a FB promo for a full sized body lotion....so happy!!!

    How is this possible that they dont know anything? I saw a little advertising thing at the same Yorkdale Bay telling peple about that Philosophy Wishes site before the deal went live (website wasn't even live yet) back in November.

    From what i understood it was not the regular sles person at Yorkdale.. she was sick and the replacement had no idea about it..I must have been the first one to go in.

    I was quite disappointed that this offer was not available at my local Hudson's Bay, so as a result I mentioned this in a post on the Philosophy Facebook site and promptly received a reply from Philosophy stating that a rep from headquarters got in touch with my local Hudson's Bay Philosophy counter and informed them of me and my participation in the offer, and to reward me upon a visit with a 90mL bottle of Purity Made Simple 3-in-one cleanser. I brought a hard copy of all correspondence upon my visit and was given a 90mL bottle with no hassle. Quite a pleasant experience and great customer service, despite the 'little' hiccup of the offer not extended beyond certain areas.
