    I just went to the Metrotown location. I was told it was with purchase only but then I showed the official OPI Facebook page - which says no purchase necessary - and got it for FREE! They couldn't argue with that lol. So if you can just show the FB page that has the promo.

    O.P.I just posted on their Facebook page that there is no purchase required for this freebie. Looks like people at Banana Republic are not informed well about this offer
