The more I've been couponing at SDM, the more I've noticed different prices at different locations.
I live in Toronto and SDM is on every block, so I usually end up in a lot of different SDMs for good sales.
Having said that, I noticed that SDM has different prices for the same items, at different locations.
Example
Tonight I was in SDM in North Toronto.
Pancake mix was $1.99
Durex Condoms were $10.99
AirWick candles were $5.49
The same night I went to SDM in Scarborough:
Pancake Mix $2.99
Durex Condoms $11.69
Airwick Candles $5.99
This is a direct comparison because it's from my shop from tonight.
I killed an hour between clients and did a blind shop for my $75 for 18500 pts in North Toronto.
I did my actual shop in Scarborough but the prices were all different, and higher
This isn't the first time I've noticed this either.
Anyone else?
I know if it's an advertised sale, it has to be the same, but do individual SDMs price their own prices/sales?
I just find this frustrating and annoying. Now I have to scope out which SDM is the cheapest around me?!WHATT, You aren't doing Swagbucks? http://swagbucks.com/refer/acosta22

Same at the 2 closest SDMs where I live. One is slightly 'more' expensive than the other.
If it's just flyer deals, I'm ok with shopping at either.
But on the few occasions I need to buy regularly priced items, I go to the 'cheaper' SDM which luckily is much nearer.

Same happens here, because each store is individually owned/operated I suppose.
That's also why some people really luck out with manager's specials, too (uh, not us, but I've read of them here on SC).

Stores with high volume of shoplifting also have price slighly higher than others as well!

Crazy!!
Thanks for letting me know that I'm not the only one getting ripped off
I brought it up to a cashier once and she said it was impossible.
Pleaseeeeeee!! Nothing is impossible at SDM. She also didn't know I could pay $8 OOP and earn $21830 pts :D hahaWHATT, You aren't doing Swagbucks? http://swagbucks.com/refer/acosta22
