Personalized email -spend 95,000 at redemption get 22,000 points back

Where do you register to receive those personalized coupons? I received all the general offers from SDM, but nothing else.

Wow, my personalized offer was 6000 points for spending $20 on OTC medication -- meh. I hope the rest of us will get an offer like this at some point; otherwise, this is really unfair. If I had done a $70 redemption this weekend I would be so ticked that other people were able to get the $105 amount and only be out 34,000 points instead of 38,000. 16,000 points back on a 50,000 point $105 redemption beats any redemption I can ever remember. I think Shoppers should be more careful to avoid alienating customers with such a huge discrepancy in the personalized offers.

The personalized emails have some really great weeks and some duds. I had the OTC one which is pretty much useless to me.
