no it didnt say why just said being cancelled... they were both scarfs (different ones) but looked very nice. We have different addresses and names so not sure... no other reason. I still see those scarfs online unless they havent updated inventory. I will try again.
They did give the credits back to me so i assume there was just inventory issue and nothing else.

I just checked and none of my orders got canceled. Just $15 taken off the $25 I would have never used because of the $100 minimum.

Haha.. yes my orders (many) are not cancelled but they've taken the $15 from the $25 that I too would never have used.. :)
In fact most of my orders say "in transit" or shipping soon.. :)

My account says -$15... I have no idea what will happen to mine. I did put $5 on my credit card for my order... hopefully everything will come. My mom ordered a few things on her account and the .97 craft book has a tracking number but the rest still say shipping soon

These people that run this company must be some dumbos because:
1. They put a free E-Gift Cards Code out there that are not unique and expect it not to be shared.
2. They don't control how many account someone could have.
3. They think people are going to stay on a account with negative balance (Just open a new one)
They remind me of the bank and their NSF charges, They just make it a negative balance. Why pay like $20 in fees when you can just make a new account lol. I actually mistakenly did that once and I went it my bank and told them it's either they reverse the charges or I will just make a new account, I think they realised that they weren't going to get their money and that it would be more work to open a new account for then just reverse the charges. So in the end I won lol.
One more how to contact them as no body takes the call or return call after voicemail left. No email reply...pathetic service
