Why on earth would they use a generic code for Swiss Chalet and why on earth would they expect it not to be overused given their divine issue? Aha.. Hilarious.. I hope all of my orders come as 2 have already and they will be out the $$ for their stupidity and lack of foresight. This is one time in my many years of being frugal and getting freebies that I don't care AT ALL about the Overuse of it.. Between being out of stock and canceling orders etc - voiding and essentially repaying themselves through the deduction of the $25 is just as idiotic..

Just keep what you have as it'll be an ordeal to return anything with these people.

Whats the Procedure to return the order - as it says free returns but they have not provided return shipping lable..any thoughts???

Agreed! We are actually helping them because they need to be shown that they have problems and they could go bankrupt if they get popular and they try to pull another move like this.

Launch a Paypal Claim and that for sure will get them moving lol.
If they are as dumb as they seem then you are most likely to get a refund by paypal and get to keep your items!

Yes.. Yes.. and Yes.. I had to laugh at the use of "dumbos".. They truly are a group of morons running a site.. How dumb can they be?

Funny enough not only can you sign up with a completely invalid email addy as they don't make any attempt to verify it but you can use 2 email addys per order as you "sign up" with one and can use an entirely different one upon checkout.. but get this..

I used 2 separate accounts for 2 different orders - same address.. Well well didn't I receive them both in the same box.. So the shipper was able to realize it was same addy but they couldn't? DUMB!!!!

These people that run this company must be some dumbos because:
1. They put a free E-Gift Cards Code out there that are not unique and expect it not to be shared.
2. They don't control how many account someone could have.
3. They think people are going to stay on a account with negative balance (Just open a new one)

They remind me of the bank and their NSF charges, They just make it a negative balance. Why pay like $20 in fees when you can just make a new account lol. I actually mistakenly did that once and I went it my bank and told them it's either they reverse the charges or I will just make a new account, I think they realised that they weren't going to get their money and that it would be more work to open a new account for then just reverse the charges. So in the end I won lol.

They did the same with divine code - when I used a total of 3 codes on 2 orders they deducted fromm their own $25 but I was still in positive. I called and said "should I pay you the $15" and they said no.. So yeah - they are not bright.

I have two things that haven't been shipped yet. Does this mean they won't be? or will just stay negative till I get more "rewards"

They can't charge your CC more then the charge total on your invoice right?
