Received an e-mail "your order is shipped" , but it says "is being processed " on the site, plus in the rewards history it says $15 SC GC voided. I'm furious, I did use 1 code of each stackable version per account!!!!!!!

Update:
Just couldn't believe my eyes. My orders from shop.ca arrived despite the fact that I'm in a negative balance!!! I already received 2 today and I'll have to pick up my third order at the post office tonight after 18:00.Yeah!!

I was told anyone who ordered Swiss Chalet and had a problem with their code would receive it by the very latest this afternoon. I like their company - they are local and offer promotions.

My advice to anyone ordering from them is to make sure the supplier supplies them with the tracking number within a reasonable timeframe. I waited over a week for a tracking number from Canada Post - turns out the mailman "delivered" the item but never really did. He delivered two other packages that day from Shop.ca but not the one I am referring to. Unless its through Purolator or FedEx, be very, very weary this holiday season about sending anything through Canada Post - especially if it's through Shop.ca or any other online company who depends on outside companies to mail orders.

Edit: In case anyone is curious, Shop.ca handled the situation and immediately refunded the purchase + taxes. I couldn't re-order the item unfortunately but I was really pleased with how they dealt with CP's incompetence.

WTH! Mine is stuck at shipping soon status since Tuesday. I did use the SC code but my OOP is over $25 (saved half by using the $15 and $10 code).

My mom received her order today, I helped her placed it 1 day after mine...maybe the delay has something to do with the supplier and not SHOP.CA
