Shop.ca Deals Sticky - ALL Deals MUST Be Posted In Here

I've placed a few orders with shop.ca. My first order had an item cancelled, second order was easy breezy - no problems at all and got it quite quickly. My last order was placed Dec 26 but I used all rewards to pay for it so it is still processing.

If you are having issues and/or questions, don't be afraid to call them! I didn't bother calling them with my first order for the longest time because of everything I have read online about their poor customer service, etc...but when I did eventually call they were awesome!! They have got back to me within a few hours. I am quite pleased with the customer service I received both times I had to call.

I didn't have to call either. My first order was like lightning it arrived in 4 days, with good tracking info, so I was aware of it's progress. The second was 12 days and the tracking wasn't updated at all, so I wasn't even expecting it when it arrived. They did do some odd stuff with that second order too. They charged for it, 5 days later refunded it and then recharged it again just before shipping. Overall I'd say I am happy with the prices and service that I got, although I had issues with Pay Pal and a missing Ebate on one transaction, which wasn't really a shop.ca issue.

its now taking a week for orders that was only paid for by rewards. Bought $60.00 worth of stuff and use rewards on d 29. got an email yesterday that it has been shipped. check the tracking and show will b delivered today. item was shipped from Mississauga nd am in Etobicoke. Not far lol.

It seems to be hit and miss, depending on the 'seller' not just how shop.ca handles it. I recieved one of my orders from Dec 26, still waiting on another, and my Dec 2 order justed moved to processing! What can I say, I have spent 17 cents OOP, and the rest of the stuff was 'gift card' type= free. Not a company that I would want to deal with normally.

Pfft. I've tried contacting them through FB multiples times and have NEVER got a response. I've been successful getting answers when I call them though. It's funny how different avenues are successful for different people. Consistency would be nice
