I got the same notification too. I believe what it means is that if total value of your claim during this week is greater than $5; then, you can get $1 extra from co51. So far I made 3 offers and already exceeded $5. Yeah!

I have an iPhone, and I get pushed notification. Also on the top right hand corner of the app, you should see a "bell-like" icon, where you can see your full list of notifications.

I'm not sure whether it's the same for an Android phone :/
