Ok, so the latest in the emails back n forth w J&J where 3 reps ended up responding and lots of repeating :

I just received a notice from CP to pickup a parcel at the post office. Perhaps it my sample pack. I'm really looking forward to trying all the Aveeno samples. From the photo that was posted, they look like nice size samples too.
