If you’re out shopping, you may get caught in the crunch,
I think we should all pause & have a little burger for lunch,
Add some cheese, lettuce & some juicy tomatoes,
& an order of fries made from fresh cut potatoes,
Maybe you like nippy mustard or even HP sauce,
Of course you can add ketchup you are your burger boss,
Some people like onions caramelized to perfection,
& some people enjoy burgers with such great affection,
If you’re totally brave add some sauerkraut,
Just wash it down with ale or with a pint of stout,
This lunch may fall into the high carb category,
But wait till you see my recipe for chicken cacciatore.
