Ok so I have SP ( sleep paralysis ) but the last night came with a scary hallucination.
So I'm laying there and can't move my body (as every other time) but this time i can blink my eyes really fast and see in the room. There was a faceless figure like 3cms from my face! Almost pissed myself :(
Was only a few mins but was shaking and awake for a while afterwards.. Then they say don't panic or it'll make it worse!! Wth try to stay calm when you can't move and have scary movie like hallucinations!!??
Well.. It wasn't the worst I've had but still very annoyed with it all :/
And I'm last!
