Today is Jake's 1st b/day. I can't believe how fast the time has flown.
I'd like to share a few pics I took today.
Hope you don't mind. (proud mommy, although I had nothing to do with it - lol)

It's party time for Jake.
He's come a long way & he passed his obedience training,
He's a well behaved pooch & his good looks he's retaining,
Jake & his Mom are even better than the best of friends,
& he makes a very handsome subject of the cam-era lens,
Those innocent eyes how could they be resisted?
Not like those other dogs who are yippy & twisted,
An occasional treat & a comfy warm place to do his sleeping,
He can get some rest while his Mom does the sweeping,
A walk down the street & then home for a meal,
Jakes sure is a pooch who knows just how to heel!
Happy Birthday Jake you are still a young pup,
& on rare occasions, you can have fun & act up!!

Nothing I'm afraid. I gave him everything for Christmas.
He only got a VERY LONG time to run & play in the park. 2 hrs - I'm frozen

It was, and now we're both exhausted. He's been sleeping ever since.
